Notes on this data

Metric as printed. Ball-screw static (back-drive) holding is only 100-350 N and varies with cycles and load. End play 0.3 mm; 500,000 cycle life; analog 0.5-4.5 V or encoder feedback. Brochure notes duty can reach 100% in some conditions. Training overview gives 500-800 N, 100-300 mm.

Alternatives that meet or exceed these figures

Engineers often come to us with a Thomson part number and leave with an alternative that is easier to source, quicker to deliver or a better fit for the machine. These 3 series from our supply network are the closest match on published figures.

Figures are the highest published for each series and are not always measured the same way. A higher figure is not automatically a better choice: mounting, duty cycle, feedback, connectors and approvals matter too. An engineer will check the fit against your application before recommending anything.
